Heart Break that leads to Dark Night of the Soul Stages

Standing at the precipice of emotional turmoil, the burden of a recent heartbreak or the profound loss of a loved one weighs heavily on your spirit. The world seems colorless, and each step forward feels overwhelming. Yet, within this sorrow, you begin to notice subtle signs and synchronicities. Dreams, unexpected encounters, and a deep inner yearning for understanding start to guide you down an uncharted path.

Here's my story of how my dark night of the soul stages 👇

My journey began when my Grandmother passed away. Her departure shattered my world. She was my source of comfort and unconditional love, accepting me wholly despite my flaws. My heart ached for her daily.

Life seemed to lose its meaning. I began questioning my purpose. At that time, work required constant travel, making life monotonous and draining. The familiarity of hotel scents and the tediousness of work left me yearning for change. Despite reaching the pinnacle of my career, I contemplated resignation but decided to stay.

Previously, a Psychic had predicted a significant life change through a spiritual journey, which I had dismissed. After losing my Grandmother and finding no fulfillment in work, I sought healing from a Reiki Master.

During the session, I felt a powerful healing energy and something profound. On my drive home, I perceived a hidden world, seeing spirits along the road. Initially, I thought it was just fatigue.

Memories of childhood resurfaced. I recalled sensing energies around me, feeling intrigued by the mysteries and hidden knowledge of the spiritual world.

Ultimately, I resigned, started my entrepreneurial journey, and pursued spiritual knowledge. There was a persistent nudge and a deep sense that I was a psychic medium, though I kept it hidden due to societal taboos. I wasn’t ready to embrace the gift I had from childhood.

The deeper I delved into spiritual practices, the more I felt like a stranger in my skin. My spiritual journey had begun without my awareness. I lost old ways, people no longer recognized me, and I faced numerous challenges, including financial struggles, relationship turmoils, and feeling abandoned by God or Universe.

Emerging from my suffering, I learned that clinging to my old self prolonged my pain. Letting go transformed my life. My healing journey has been lengthy, and I’ve been rebuilding ever since.

Now, roughly 10 years into my spiritual journey, I recently experienced a spontaneous Kundalini awakening, revealing more layers of healing. I am grateful for the lessons and understand the importance of healing.

To those on the path of recovery, I commend you for taking the risk and trusting yourself to move forward, whether in small steps or leaps. Healing is a process that requires time, patience, and love. We must not rush it, just as we shouldn’t cut open a cocoon before the butterfly is ready.
