***What is Reiki? Reiki, also known as, “Qi”, is an intelligent life force energy that clears blockage in bodies, chakras, and situations. Not limited to time and space, this beautiful energy can also work in the past, present, and future. I will channel healing energy from the divine, remove blockages, and send it to the client. Whether our clients are in physical pain, emotional stress, depression, anxiety, suffer from lack of sleep, or feeling tension from life. We are delighted to offer Distance Reiki healing as an alternative solution that will help ease pressure and stress. This beautiful energy will help relax the individual to the point where the body naturally starts healing itself. ***Preparation There isn't anything you need to do. You can reach out to schedule a time. This will NOT require Zoom/video conference. I coordinate and schedule time and let you know when healing starts and when completed. You will receive a report of the session. It's best to meditate with some light music in the background with some water to stay hydrated. I've had clients who would journal after their session.
