October is one of my favorite months of the year. You can feel the air start to crisp as the season changes; so are we!

I've been off livestreams for a while now, and it was for good reason. I hit a major milestone in my healing, and I'm inspired to share it with my tribe.

Because when spirit wakes you up at the crack of dawn with inspired action, you learn to get your ass up and do it.

SA trauma has been hard for me to heal, and I hope that sharing it gives someone out there the strength, the courage, or the inspiration to speak their own truth. In it, I talk about how childhood trauma shapes a person's whole life, and why some of us keep attracting emotionally unavailable partners and toxic people.
