The path of awakening can feel lonely, and most of us walk it carrying more than we let on. This package is for those who are ready to stop carrying it alone. Each month, you step into an energetic cleanse workshop, a space to release what you've been holding in your body and reset before the next phase finds you. Old grief, borrowed energy, the weight that isn't yours to keep. We clear it together. This will be your space to relax and rejuvenate. During the hour, please sit back and be comfortable. Class will be on mute. You will have the opportunity to share your journey and your main takeaway. Feel free to bring your favorite crystal, keep a bottle of water nearby, use your yoga mat or a comfortable blanket & anything that'll help you relax.
